Real Estate remains the investment of choice for the majority of private investors. Historically, if we look at data from the 1950's to present day, then the average house price in the UK has grown on average 7.5% annually. This data includes the 2008 housing market crash, which saw a dip of -15.9% Real estate growth is cyclical, rather than consistent, as growth fluctuates over time.
The recent trends of more people working from home and a finite amount of land increasing the demand to turn commercial real estate into residential real estate, suggest that established markets with strong property laws will continue to attract global investors with Real Estate at the top of their investment agenda.

With interest rates at all time lows and Equity markets held up by Government intervention, the asset class of 'Fixed Income' has had to prove its worth among more exciting and better producing investment returns. Fixed Income has always played a role in a stable investment portfolio but has also evolved to offer those that require an inflation beating fixed return that option in today's environment.
Glenstone Partners work with well-established companies that provide access to various opportunities within the Fixed Income space, be it from commodities such as Green Energy and Gold. Often backed by physical assets and managed by regulated Trustees who hold a legal charge on your behalf.

Distressed assets
Corporations that have the ability to hold liquid funds have always benefited over those that don't, and subsequently their investors. Moving and acquiring fast to obtain 'first mover' advantage combined with significant discounts to 'fair value' has only increased as the pandemic wreaked havoc across various economies.
A distressed Property or Land sale in a mature regulated market like the UK or US is a highly sought after commodity. Adding the changing dynamics of not enough residential supply and too much commercial property available with a clear defined timeline and exit strategy, Glenstone Partners seek those opportunities for our Investors as part of their overall portfolio.

pre-ipo
When a Private Company transitions to a Public Company, it sells its first shares of stock to the public as an 'Initial Public Offering' (IPO) But even before it goes public, an amount of stock is set aside for Institutional and Private investors to help it raise capital. These are Pre-IPOs. They are a very common way for private companies to raise capital in advance of going public.
Although pre-IPOs are usually and often purchased by institutional investors, they are increasingly becoming available by way of pooled investments. Glenstone Partners work with companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to offer this early stage investment opportunity.
